Job Scope:  

Provides technical creative advice/solutions and support to the global Marketing team to sell products and services to clients. Help to resolve product or service requests regarding engineering, technical or scientific issues. 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Provides guidance/support to Marketing colleagues, assists in all sales activity of the team.
  •  Create technical training presentations on products and services specific to target audience.
  •  Educate Marketing, prep, service, management and external customers on all Panavision rental products and services.
  •  Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the job and communicate any issues with appropriate internal departments (Marketing, Client Contacts, Operations, etc).  
  •  Make oneself available as a contact for clients. 
  •  Demonstrate new and existing products to clients in our facilities, on set and at industry functions.
  •  Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with new and existing crews.
  •  Assist crews when testing and regularly visit on set/location.
  •  Organize and conduct various technical trainings to support business efforts.
  •  Supports and pursues joint targets with other Marketing personnel.
  •  Focuses on profit improvement and gaining new opportunities.
  •  Act as a liaison to communicate customer market or technical needs both within the US Marketing team and within the larger cross functional team to facilitate success.
  •  Build key client relationships for the development and maintenance of sales opportunities.
  •  Support the collection of technical data for global Technical Marketing group efforts.

Skills/Experience Required:

  •  Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  •  Ability to work efficiently and professionally under pressure.
  •  Public Speaking and creation of presentation support materials.
  •  Ability to effectively communicate at with all levels of production staff and impart a deep knowledge and understanding of the full range of Panavision products and services.
  •  Capable of multi-tasking and shift priorities where necessary.
  •  2-3 years’ work experience in similar Marketing role.
  •  Comfortable handling highly technical issues in a solution based selling environment.
  • Comfortable presenting and providing training to large groups.
  •  Knowledge of competitors strategies.
  •  Able to create power point and Keynote presentations.

This job operates in a professional office environment.  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and reach with hands and arms.  The employee may also be required to lift product or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Prompt and regular on-site attendance is required. This position is a full time (40 hours per week) position.  Employees are expected to begin work at the start of their scheduled shift and to complete their assigned work shift according to the responsibilities of their position.

This position works standard business hours each week. May require overtime and weekend work.


Some out-of-state/country and overnight travel may be expected from time to time.
